Key Message Development

Making sure you are on-message

Whether you are making a presentation internally or externally or speaking to the press, it is crucial that all parts of your organization are reading from the same hymn sheet. But what are those messages and how do companies identify them and get them across simply to different audiences? What are the disadvantages of not doing this?

Web Presenter Training's key message training course grew out of a realization that many large companies had not dealt with this as a priority, leading to confusion and a lack of a common thread. Through discussion and facilitating debate, this course will identify a core set of five to ten messages which will help focus your company' s efforts and provide a consistent image to your audience.
