Crisis Management Course

This course focuses on showing participants how to anticipate, plan, train and prepare well in advance of any negative event in order to contain and reverse adverse publicity in the media. You will learn how to to react effectively to a breaking news crisis that threatens your organization's reputation. A credible scenario that reflects a realistic threat to your business is researched and mapped out in advance and played out during the course of the day, in complete confidentiality, as a real life situation.
